About the Founder
Shaddi Kamiabipour brings a wealth of experience from her distinguished 28-year career at the County of Orange. Notably, she served as a Senior Deputy District Attorney and the Assistant Head of Court of the Insurance Fraud Unit at the Orange County’s District Attorney’s Office until her retirement in November of 2023.
During her tenure, Ms. Kamiabipour’s exceptional trial advocacy skills were showcased through successfully trying over 85 Jury Trials across a range of legal matters. In October of 2009, she transitioned to prosecuting insurance fraud cases, demonstrating unwavering dedication and expertise in addressing complex instances of fraud.
Over the next 14 years, Ms. Kamiabipour applied her prosecutorial acumen to bring justice to over 60 defendants involved in perpetrating over $500 million in fraud. These cases encompassed a spectrum of fraudulent activities, including premium fraud, public works fraud, insider fraud, healthcare fraud, and orchestrated multi-million-dollar fraud schemes by medical providers. Ms. Kamiabipour’s ability to streamline intricate cases and investigations for compelling courtroom presentations set a standard for legal efficacy and clarity.
Notably, Ms. Kamiabipour is a recipient of numerous accolades from both public and private organizations in recognition of her influential anti-fraud endeavors and her adept trial skills. Her expertise lies in distilling and articulating complex issues with a touch of levity, making her a sought-after speaker in the anti-fraud industry. She continues to share her insights and knowledge as a frequent speaker at numerous anti-fraud conferences.
